You may not need another editor. You need a workflow you can rely on.

Cutora works as a clearly bounded external post-production function: structured in the background and visible in the delivery. Scope is based on the required output, source material and responsibilities—not on a vague estimate of editing minutes.

01Recurring production

Content Engine

A repeatable workflow for long-form content, podcasts, social cutdowns and repurposed output on an agreed weekly or monthly cadence.

Typical output
Long-form, short-form, captions and platform versions
Best for
B2B teams with recurring content needs
02Bounded capacity

Agency Overflow

A discreet post-production workstream for production peaks and parallel projects—white-label only when explicitly agreed.

Typical output
Editing, simple motion, finishing and mastering
Best for
Agencies with capacity peaks or parallel campaigns
03Defined duration

Campaign / Versioning Sprint

Agreed durations, aspect ratios, hooks, text, language or platform variants produced from an approved master.

Typical output
Cutdowns, format adaptations, text and end-card versions
Best for
Teams with a defined campaign need and an approved master, copy and design assets

EN + DEwritten project communication

One bounded workflow, from media intake to delivery.

The exact services are defined for each engagement. Only the work named in the agreed scope is included.

01

Editing & assembly

Supplied material, the approved brief and references are organized into an agreed master edit.

02

Motion & finishing

Simple motion and text elements, sound work, color correction and technical quality control when included in scope.

03

Cutdowns & versions

Captions, agreed durations, aspect ratios, platform variants and language versions based on an approved master, copy and design assets.

04

Review & delivery

A defined review channel, consolidated feedback, agreed revisions, traceable versions and a structured final handoff.

Clear responsibility boundaries

Concept development, filming, client leadership, creative direction, media buying, community management, publishing and performance ownership are not automatically included. Any of these becomes part of an engagement only when explicitly and reliably agreed.

There is no free test edit, no unlimited revision model and no performance guarantee. Language versions require approved texts, rights, assets and approvals.

From a written brief to a tested production workflow.

The real workflow is tested early. A recurring cadence is proposed only when the output, communication, quality and actual production effort fit.

01

Written brief

Share the budget range, required output, source-material condition, formats and target timing in writing. Missing information does not create a price, timing or service promise.

02

Two scope options

Cutora prepares two realistic options with clear assumptions, responsibilities, boundaries, feedback windows and handoffs.

03

Paid pilot

A paid, tightly bounded pilot tests the output, collaboration and actual production effort.

04

Repeat only when proven

After a successful pilot, a sprint, capacity block or recurring cadence may be proposed. It is not automatic and remains subject to confirmed scope and current capacity.

The Cutora standard

Clear brief · Defined review channel · Consolidated feedback · Agreed revisions · Structured delivery

Project experience in the background. The exact role in the foreground.

Published projects to which Thomas Sagorsky contributed in post-production through the agency or production partner named for each project.

More output. Less friction.

Automation and AI can accelerate repetitive steps. Creative decisions, quality control and final approval remain human.

  • Clean project and file structures
  • Feedback consolidated through Frame.io or another agreed channel
  • Platform versions produced from one master workflow
  • Defined revisions and handoffs
  • Existing client tools integrated when access, privacy and workflow are suitable
“Good post-production should not feel like more work for the client team. It should feel like a system that removes work.”

Before we start.

How is a project scoped? +

First, the available budget range, required output, source material and timing are clarified. Cutora can then prepare two clearly bounded options with assumptions, responsibilities, feedback windows, revisions and handoffs. No price or scope is inferred from missing information.

Why does the engagement begin with a paid pilot? +

A paid pilot shows how the material, format, feedback and coordination affect the real production effort. Only then can a sprint, capacity block or recurring cadence be assessed reliably.

Are unlimited revisions included? +

No. Feedback windows and the number and boundary of revisions are defined in the proposal. Further feedback or a changed scope is agreed transparently as an extension.

Does Cutora guarantee reach or performance? +

No. Cutora is responsible for the agreed post-production and technical delivery. Reach, leads, conversions, ROAS and platform performance also depend on strategy, content, offer, media and distribution.

Can Cutora work white-label? +

Yes, when explicitly agreed. Roles, communication, file naming, delivery and permitted external communication are defined before work begins.

Can Cutora produce language versions? +

Approved texts, captions, voice-over versions or end cards can be processed when translation, rights, assets and approvals are unambiguous and the work is included in scope.

How quickly can Cutora deliver? +

The realistic plan depends on duration, material volume and condition, design work, technical requirements, feedback windows and current capacity. Dates become binding only after exact scope and capacity are confirmed in writing.

What needs to be reliably finished next?

Send the budget range, required output, source-material condition and current production bottleneck. Cutora can then assess whether there is a reliable fit and, where useful, prepare two realistic scope options—without an unnecessary pitch.
